The following information will help you plan a learning activity for adults.

• Go to the Learning Activity Form.
• Answer the questions on the form to provide information about the learning activity, your adult learners, and you.
• Click the "print" button with your browser when you are finished to get a printed copy of your learning activity.
• Take your plan to class and use it as a guide or share it with your colleagues.

You can also submit your activity to the Workforce Education LAB (Learning Activities Bank) to share with colleagues throughout the country and the world.

• Go to the Learning Activity Form.
• Answer all of the questions and fill in all of the boxes, especially those with an asterisk (*). Your form will not be accepted if these fields are not completed.
• Describe the activity in detail for those who may want to use your plan.
• When you have finished, select the "submit" button to send your activity to the LAB for review.
