State Partner Projects

(1) Southern LINCS awarded mini-grants totaling $38,000 involving state partners in technology projects in 1999. The scope of these projects included action research integrating technology into teaching and learning, research documenting how states presently use technology, and the development of high quality web-based learning activities by workforce education practitioners to populate the new Learning Activities Bank. Eleven states participated in these mini-grants. Some products from these projects are currently available as locally produced materials and as learning activities available in the Learning Activities Bank.

(2) The Consortium of End Users was a multi-state group of practitioners from the southern region who contributed to Southern LINCS in 1998.
